Tabata Strength: We are taking the most effective High Intensity Interval Training (H.I.I.T.) workout and fusing it with Jillian Michaels Shred concept. You will be challenged with three circuits comprised of 3 minutes of strength exercises followed by 4 minutes of Tabata. This intense, fast moving cardio/strength program will burn fat for 24 hours, increase your anaerobic capacity and improve endurance.

Circuit X-Treme: This timed circuit workout is designed to help you improve functional strength, cardiovascular health, and reach new heights of fitness. We will challenge you through progressions using our TRX suspension trainers, BOSUs, kettle bells, bands, and a variety of fun tools.
